Presentation of the volume Imaginaires des reines des steppes

On Tuesday, 6 October 2026 at 5:30 p.m., the Institut Français de Florence will host the presentation of the volume Imaginaires des reines des steppes. Regards croisés entre Orient et Occident, edited by Benedetta De Bonis. The event will include welcoming remarks by Anne-Laure Jeanvoine, Consul General and Director of the Institut Français de Florence, and Michela Landi, President of the Associazione Amici dell’Istituto Francese di Firenze (AAIFF). Carmen Mitidieri and Francesco Vignoli, fellows of the NOMAD project at the University of Florence, will take part in the discussion together with the volume’s editor.
